Coming to a church near you! I am excited for PGBC as we venture into the media world of movies. September 7th we will be hosting a “Dinner and a Movie” night at our church as we offer a simple meal and the great family and faith movie entitled “Facing the Giants.” This movie was written, produced, acted, and funded by a Baptist church in Georgia.

The purpose of this evening is to engage our church and our community with a unique tool for evangelism and faith building. The movie weaves drama, humor, friend­ship, foot­ball, and strong spiritual themes such as trusting in a big God. Please take this opportunity for you to be encouraged as a believer, as well as your friends, family, neighbors, and unchurched folks who will be touched and inspired with the message of Christ in an entertaining way.

Please contact Margie or someone on the hostess committee to help with food. Supper will be at 6:15 pm and the movie will begin at 7 pm in our sanctuary. Come see our new video projector in action!
