Recent Events
December was a full month for us at Pleasant Grove. The youth and children did a superb job of putting on our Christmas Play entitled John 3:16. Many thanks to the leaders who put in a lot of practice with this group! Afterwards we all shared a Christmas party at our fellowship Hall. December also gave us a great opportunity to learn about the country of India which was our Missions Study for the year.
Our youth had a great time at the Youth Evangelism Conference in Macon Georgia. This event, right after Christmas, was a time to hear biblical preaching and teaching, some Christian drama and skits, and plenty of Christian worship led by Christian artist Jeremy Camp and also Christian Praise leader Todd Fields.
Pastor Jonathan taught a 3 part series on the meaning and origin of Christmas and the celebration of Christ’s birth.
